FULL-TIME MBA PROGRAMS

The Full-Time MBA Program provides two degree pathways - One-Year and Two-Year. Both are rigorous, immersive graduate experiences designed to develop principled leaders with the analytical, strategic, and interpersonal skills needed to succeed in today's complex business environment. Through an integrated curriculum, experiential learning opportunities, leadership development, and close collaboration with faculty and peers, students build a strong foundation in core business disciplines while exploring areas of individual interest through electives and co-curricular experiences. The program emphasizes both academic excellence and practical application, preparing graduates to lead across industries, functions, and global markets.

One-Year MBA

The One-Year Full-Time MBA Program is an accelerated option that is ideal for professionals who have already completed foundational undergraduate business coursework or possess equivalent academic preparation. Building on that background, students are immediately immersed in rigorous foundational concepts, leadership development, and experiential learning while completing the MBA in a condensed timeframe. The intensive format allows students to deepen their business expertise, expand their professional network, and return to the workforce more quickly while participating fully in the academic and co-curricular experiences of the Full-Time MBA Program.

Two-Year MBA

The Two-Year Full-Time MBA Program offers a traditional MBA experience that combines a comprehensive core curriculum with the flexibility to customize the second year through electives, concentrations, experiential learning, and global study opportunities. Students begin by developing a broad foundation in the functional areas of business before tailoring their academic experience to align with their professional goals. This structure also provides time for a summer internship, leadership development, career exploration, and meaningful engagement in the school community.

Full-Time MBA Core Values

Our school is named for the late Coca-Cola CEO Roberto C. Goizueta – a man whose legacy was built on values, principles, and outstanding business results. These ideals that drive principled, effective leaders in business are the values we seek to instill in all of our students, both during their education at Goizueta and beyond.

These Seven Core Values are more than the heritage of Roberto C. Goizueta; they are the foundation of our intentions and the aspiration of our actions. They are the principles by which we lead. Through Core Value Awards, the graduating class honors their classmates who have exemplified these values throughout their time as MBA students.
